We’re passionate about premium gear that just plain works and is there for you when you need it most. This is the backbone of the RANCH ROAD® Cargo System, to help you maximize your uptime. However, stuff happens, so if there is ever an issue with your RANCH ROAD® Cargo System, we provide the following warranty:
Limited Warranty-
The RANCH ROAD® Cargo System is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years after the original date of purchase direct from RANCH ROAD® or from a RANCH ROAD® authorized dealer. In order for your warranty claim to be approved, you must provide proof as to the date of purchase from RANCH ROAD® or the authorized dealer. Structural alterations, unintended uses, or other use inconsistent with that outlined in the owner’s guide would not be covered under this warranty. Additionally, scratches, punctures, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warrantied.
The RANCH ROAD® Cargo System must be returned directly to RANCH ROAD®. For details and service, reach out to support@ranchroadcargo.com and RANCH ROAD® will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part.
We may make modifications or changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances, whether for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or other tort, or any strict liability theory, will RANCH ROAD® or FLEXX Cargo, LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only available in the United States. No RANCH ROAD® or FLEXX Cargo, LLC reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modifications, extension, or addition to this warranty.
